CUSTOMER SAFETY We do everything to not endanger your (and our) health. The BAG’s hygiene regulations are strictly enforced and we have cancelled all appointments with representatives, meetings, fairs, etc. to avoid any risk. We have split up our team and there are only the necessary people on site to deal with your order. Everyone else is doing home office. Nevertheless, you should wash your hands thoroughly after touching any kind of surface.
DELIVERY TIMES: Our usual delivery promise to deliver your order the following working day cannot be guaranteed in the current situation. However, we will continue to work hard to ensure that your valuable order is handed over to the post office on the same day. We ask for your understanding if things do not go as fast as usual.
Update 30 March: The postal service seems to have reached its limits with the current situation and it is very likely that your parcel will not be delivered to you the next day as you are used to.
PICK-UPS: Due to the state of emergency in Switzerland declared by the Federal Council, it will not be possible to pick up orders from us in Aadorf in the following weeks.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Our office can be reached as usual during normal opening hours on 052 365 00 11 and we will of course accept returns by post and process them as quickly as possible.
